Leadership Team

Dave is an innovative leader with 30 years of experience all aspects of business and management consulting. He has successfully incorporated collaboration between diverse business units both within organizations where he has been employed and for those that he has founded.

As President and Founder of ColdCypress, with a minimal investment, Dave grew the company into a multi-service IT consulting firm. In year five he led the acquisition of a local Pittsburgh IT firm and, in year seven, he architected the sale of his firm to Konica Minolta.

Prior to founding ColdCypress, he spent seven years at XiTech – a 200-person multi-city IT consulting firm.  During his time at XiTech he built an application development practice and managed several multi-million-dollar projects. He additionally went on to serve as the lead for many of their service divisions.

Dave holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.

Bob has more than 25 years of experience improving business processes and procedures using technology to increase quality, value and time-to-delivery. Bob is a professional who provides consultation, leadership and execution of enterprise-wide solutions.

As a strategic thinker, he can envision the future while executing short-term objectives in a changing business landscape. Bob is problem-solving oriented with the demonstrated ability to influence direction outside of a defined scope of control.

He has a solid background in security, hardware, operating systems, development frameworks, databases, information retrieval, and analytical tools. His business experience in big data analytics runs across verticals such as manufacturing, finance, healthcare, retail, and airline operations.

Throughout his career, Bob has held various positions in systems architecture and design, software engineering, systems and process implementation, operations research, project management, leadership, and operations.

Bob holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Penn State University.

Kate brings an extensive background in all aspects of digital marketing transformation and management, easily moving from vision and strategy to hands-on implementation. Over the course of her career, she has crafted solutions and strategies for all types of businesses from start-ups in the energy and technology sectors to artists and non-profits.

As an experienced marketing strategist who is a proponent for Growth-Driven Design and Inbound Marketing methodologies, she has a real passion and flair for incorporating user data and behaviors to drive business decisions for successful digital application design and concrete results. Both methodologies require a deep understanding of SEO/SEM, social media platforms, content marketing, email marketing, customer engagement, and thought leadership.

Her 18+ years of experience and quest to always be learning have also honed her design and development skills. So, not only does she know the ways of the web, she has a strong working knowledge a variety of development platforms and is highly skilled at addressing the graphic, user interface and user experience aspects of an application.

Kate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Duquesne University. Certifications include Google Analytics IQ, HubSpot Design Certification, HubSpot Growth-Driven Design Certification, and HubSpot Inbound Certification.
