Bill is a seasoned leader who has a history of successfully leading dynamic organizations in a variety of functional environments to drive growth, efficiency and business process. His contributions and experience in the areas of business architecture, technical architecture, business process engineering and general leadership provide insight into building high performance teams, and developing strategies to drive success.
Bill has enjoyed a career with growth and experience across multiple disciplines. At PNC Bank, as Senior Vice President for Technology Operations and VP of Enterprise Architecture, Bill had wide ranging responsibilities requiring close attention to financial regulatory requirements, and real-time global business system support. He was heavily involved with integration activities, driving business architecture in support of BASEL programs, and the effective management of budgets in excess of more than $100M annually.
At PNC, Bill also drove key analysis, design and selection of business solutions in support of all aspects of PNC Financial Services. This included consideration of business process design, technical solutions and the ongoing total cost of ownership.
While at Respironics and Royal Philips Electronics, Bill not only focused on the global delivery of technology solutions, but also was a significant contributor in the development and introduction of a new service based product globally, resulting in key business growth both in the United States and internationally.
Previously, at companies such as FreeMarkets/Ariba, MPP Inc, and Eton/Cutler-Hammer, Bill served in a number of significant roles. He also completed a career as a Commissioned Officer in the United States Army, helping to develop the core framework and principles of effective leadership.
Bill graduated Cum Laude from the University of New York, with concentrations in Computer Science, History and Mathematics. He also graduated from the United States Army Command and General Staff College.
